Qiongjin Medical University was the best medicine-related university in the Huainan Province. It could be ranked amongst the top 10 within the country, but it did not have a high ranking internationally since it was related to their foundation and the capability of their professors. After all, many famous medical universities globally had an outstanding hospital supporting them as a base of operation to nurture and provide talents.
