A new translator on the WW team! Let's welcome Deborah! (round of applause!)

Hello everyone! 

My name is Deborah, and I am the translator for Rebirth of the 8th-Circle Mage. 

I’ve worked as an interpreter before for clinics, banks, and insurance companies, but this is my first time translating a novel, or even reading a Korean novel in the first place! To my surprise, translating and interpreting are very different, and I’m still trying to figure out how to improve my translation. Through the help of many people in Wuxiaworld, I’ve learned a lot, and I’m really grateful for this opportunity.

I’ve read romance books before, but never genres like fantasy because I never found them interesting. However, after translating Rebirth of the 8th-Circle Mage, I finally understood the charm of fantasy novels. The charismatic protagonist really drew me into the novel, making translating more exciting. 

I’m looking forward to finishing this novel with you all, and I hope you enjoy the novel just as much as I do!
