Hello! Andie is back again with another novel to translate! For those hearing about me for the first time, nice to meet you! I have been with Wuxiaworld since Q2 of 2022 as staff, and have also translated a novel before this: Big Life (slice of life genre, with a writer as the main character). 

More about me: I’ve been working with Korean companies from a variety of industries since graduating from university, so I’ve always been translating most times throughout my career aside from my passion for running events. This was also how I got into this line, through the introduction of my best friend and direct superior, Cosy, here in WW. Additionally, I’m a forgetful potato. I binge-watch K-dramas, movies, and sometimes reality/variety shows. I love playing games with friends too. Recently on Valorant and Honor of Kings. I mainly have game-skill issues, but I love the company. 

Enough about me and now about this novel I’m working on. So, On Hiatus: God’s Personal Reason. Funnily enough, the main character of this novel I’m translating is also another web novelist, but the story is more about Hunters, dungeons, monsters and the likes, as compared to Big Life. But! MC has terrible naming sense (like a second Ha Jae-Gun from Big Life). The novel also has various types of insects appearing. And I don’t know about you guys, but this story plot is kinda sus to me in some areas. Do let me know what you feel about this novel in the reviews! Honest reviews are most welcome! 

Lastly, I would like to thank my editor, Anicca, for doing a great job of ensuring consistency throughout this novel. It’s my first time translating novels of this genre, and keeping track of the system messages, monsters, items, skills, etc are… a huge headache! ><
