“Huuu…”

Kim Suho took a deep breath in front of the temple’s gateway. The scene before him looked rather imposing. A surrounding wall prevented outsiders from entering and the marble columns endlessly stretched beyond the gateway.

The tall temple at the end of the stone road made him nervous. It resembled a temple from ancient mythology, but didn’t lack any modern functions. This oval structure built with ice glass shone a splendid blue. People called it the Temple of Nine Heroes. The Hero Association built it for the Nine Stars, who greatly contributed during the Great Change and the Great Devil War.

Today, Kim Suho had been invited to this incredible place that only the Nine Stars and their successors could enter. This invitation signified a passing of the torch.

“How does it feel to be a successor?”

The person accompanying him suddenly asked. Kim Suho turned to the side with a slightly nervous expression. There, Yun Seung-Ah smiled with her arms crossed.

“Well…”

Her smile made him relax. He softly smiled back and shook his head.

“I’m not sure. I feel like I still have lots to do.”

Kim Suho looked at the Temple of Nine Heroes and thought about Jin Sahyuk, who returned to Akatrina without a word. The ill-fated relationship to his previous world had disappeared along with her. However, that didn’t mean Kim Suho could forget her. He couldn’t forget about Akatrina either.

He had yet to finish his task. His name, Suho, meant to protect and he would continue to fulfill this destiny.

“I see…”

Yun Seung-Ah bitterly nodded without knowing his thoughts.
