[Puharen’s Inner Mind]

Jin Sahyuk slowly opened her eyes, but only saw darkness. Puharen’s inner mind felt cold and empty. The negative emotions in the air constricted her.

Jin Sahyuk relied on her senses as she walked to a certain flickering presence.

She suddenly stopped after endlessly walking. Her intuition told her she had arrived at the correct spot where the wavering soul called for her. Jin Sahyuk opened her palm and a small light floated up. It partly illuminated her younger brother’s dark mind and she found him squatting and trembling in the dark.

Her breath halted and fire surged from the bottom of her heart. It seemed to burn her entire body. Jin Sahyuk endured the pain and looked at Puharen. His thin, frail body looked cold and only a bottomless darkness could be found in his lifeless pupils. He hadn’t grown in the slightest and remained a child. Jin Sahyuk committed his appearance to memory so she would never forget.
