Aside from the forbidden Tier 1 and 2 Libraries, you’ll be able to use all the others, but please keep in mind that you are not allowed to take the books outside,” Executive Director Oh’s subordinate slowly explained the library regulations, then offered to find the books on Chang-Sun’s behalf if he wanted any specific one.

The subordinate appeared to be acting considerate, but because Chang-Sun knew the man was Executive Director Oh’s watchdog, he simply replied, “Thank you.”
