Since Sinmara saw Chang-Sun for the first time with her left head, she likely had seen Chang-Sun’s past—the past of his soul, to be exact.

Sinmara wouldn’t lie. She was likely very proud of herself since she was Surtr’s wife, making her the queen of <Muspelheim>, and their plane’s best warrior. Lying would cost her her pride, so Chang-Sun couldn’t help but assume Sinmara’s remark was true…
