In a grand hall of Sea King Island, an extravagant banquet was being held. High profile merchants of the sea and envoys of the four major families of the East Sea Nation’s merchant community were gathered here. Everyone drank and gambled in a large room while exchanging pleasantries. The Sea King sat on the main seat in the hall and this was a direct display of everyone’s respect to him. 

The East Sea Nation was the organizer today and it led the conversation between the various merchant parties to set up a collaboration with Sea King Island. This was a great event that no one dared to miss…otherwise, they would be giving up all their rights to continue trading in this sea area. 

For the various merchant parties in the East Sea Nation, the so-called threat of the pirates was not something they were fearful of. They were powerful enough to confront the pirates. However, Sea King Island was key. If they did not get the permission of the Sea King, no merchant ship would be able to sail through this sea area safely. 

After multiple exchanges, the matter came to a close. Although the Sea King’s appetite was greater than before, it was still something that the various merchant parties could stomach. After all, much wealth and treasures were hidden in this vast sea and it was a large profit opportunity for them.
