Read this front to back from a previous transaltion a while back and really enjoyed it.

Those familiar with Gab-songs previous work The novels extra would probably find a lot of enjoyment in this novel, similarly it has a pretty big focus on characterization as well as their ever evolving relationships with one another.

Still has that staple path to power a lot of other novels on this site have but as those of you familiar with gab songs stuff know that isn't his main focus, there's a lot more emotional depth to this and to be honest the story is a lot more harsh and dark compared to TNE. Instead of being a mob/back ground character the protagonist get's put in a villain that's widley hated by the entire cast and seeing him deal with the body's past sins while engaging can be quite heavy at times. Maybe not for everyone but those who enjoyed how Chae Nayun's story was written would probably appreciate the relationships in this a lot.

I think it's a bit of a departure from most of the novels on this site but is definietly worth reading, I'll probably be following again myself as I really enjoyed it first time reading.

Here's hoping that we might get his next works here to eventually.

Ten chapters in and I’m hooked. I like the backstory of the unlucky in love computer geek who gets sucked into the game he’s helping to develop. I’m hopeful that this little jaunt into fantasy will help him to become more “human” in his interpersonal relationships. His in game character is also interesting. He’s a total villain, destined to die but striving to change his fate to live by not letting the code dictate his behavior. So far, I’m enjoying the mc’s struggle to understand who he is and how to prepare for / counter his dismal future. I really enjoy these types of fantasy stories. I will update this again if I decide to drop the book or when I finish it. Until then, happy reading ✌🏾

This is a very unique story amongst “villain” inserts. It’s hard to describe, but I can say that it’s a story that does an unusually good job of evolving the characters and their relationships with each other with real development.

The narrative style also strides an excellent balance between the protagonist’s POV and other character reactions.

I’ve read about 300 chapters of MTL translation because the story is good enough to keep me going. Would absolutely recommend this and hope to see the novel get a great WEBTOON adaptation.

Incredibly excited to be able to read a proper translation of this book.
